How to brew:

  1. Take 4-6g leaves in gaiwan.

  2. First pour: 200ml water (85°C), discard immediately (rinse).

  3. Second pour: 200ml water (80-85°C), steep 90 seconds.

  4. Subsequent pours: Add 20 seconds per infusion.

Note:

  • Tea-to-water ratio: ~1:50.

  • 4g: Subtle florals

  • 6g: Rounded mouthfeel

  • Specialty: Lightest oxidation among oolongs ("near-green tea").

  • Avoid boiling water to preserve floral notes.
