- Orders placed after 3 p.m. ET or on weekends/holidays ship the next business day.

Note: Delivery windows start once the carrier scans the parcel, not when you receive the order confirmation.

Shipping is calculated at checkout by weight and destination.

Packaging

• Teas are heat-sealed in food-safe, resealable pouches.

• Teaware ships padded and cushioned reinforced cardboard boxes.

Once a parcel is marked “Delivered” it becomes the customer’s responsibility. If your order arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours of delivery with detailed photos of the packaging and product; we’ll arrange a free replacement or refund.
