Returns
Because tea is a perishable food product, we cannot accept returns on opened packages. Unopened tea and unused teaware may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
1. Email zenustea@gmail.com with your order number.
2. Send the Tea via your shipping partner of choice.
3. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the return.

• Gift cards
• Bulk custom blends
• Items marked “Final Sale”
Order issues
If we shipped the wrong item or your tea arrived damaged, contact us within 48 hours. We’ll make it right at no extra cost.
