How to brew:
Take 3-5 g of tea leaves in a gaiwan (covered tea pot).
First pour: pour about 200 ml of boiling water (90°C), then quickly pour out to moisturize the tea.
Second pour: brew for 30-45 seconds.
For a stronger taste, you can extend the brew time another 20-30 seconds.
Note: The ratio of tea to water is about 1:50. Using 3-5 g gives a gentler taste, while 5-7 g is stronger. Adjust the amount of tea and brewing time according to personal preference. You can add a little honey for a sweeter taste.
