How to brew:
- 
Take 3-5g tea leaves in covered pot. 
- 
Pour 200ml boiling water (100°C), steep 30-60 seconds. 
- 
Taste → extend brew by 10-20 seconds if desired. 
- 
Re-steep 5+ times (add 15 sec per infusion). 
Note:
Tea-to-water ratio: ~1:50.
3-5g: Milder, honeyed notes
5-8g: Rich, woody intensity
Specialty: 16-year aged fermentation develops profound sweetness.
