How to brew:
Place 5g of tea leaves in a Gaiwan (covered bowl).
First Pour: ~150-200ml of boiling water (100°C), then quickly drain the water to moisturize the tea.
Second pour: brew for 15-30 seconds.
Remaining pours: extend brew time by 15 seconds, brew until the flavor is gone.
Note: The dosage amount of tea can be adjusted according to personal preference. The white tea can be brewed many times, a sign of its quality.
