How to brew:

Take 3-5g tea leaves in covered pot.

First pour: 150-200ml boiling water (100°C), discard immediately (rinse).

Second pour: 150-200ml boiling water, steep 60 seconds.

Subsequent pours: Increase steep time by 10-20 seconds per infusion.

Tea-to-water ratio: ~1:50.

3-5g: Milder taste

5-8g: Stronger flavor

Specialty: 6-year aged fermented tea from wild arbor trees.
