How to brew:
- 
Take 5-7g tea leaves in a covered pot/gaiwan. 
- 
First pour: 200ml boiling water (100°C), immediately discard to rinse. 
- 
Second pour: 200ml boiling water, steep 15-20 seconds. 
- 
Subsequent pours: Increase steep time by 10 seconds per infusion. 
Note:
-Tea-to-water ratio: ~1:50.
- 5-7g for milder taste; 7-9g for stronger.
- Adjust tea amount and brew time to preference.
- Older bush ("Lao Cong") leaves yield 8+ infusions.
