How to brew:

Take 5–7g leaves in gaiwan.

First pour: 200ml hot water (90°C), discard immediately (rinses powder).

Subsequent pours: Add 10 seconds per infusion (max 3–4 steeps).

- Tea-to-water ratio: ~1:40.
