How to brew:
- 
Take 5-7g leaves in clay teapot or gaiwan. 
- 
First pour: 200ml boiling water (100°C), discard immediately. 
- 
Second pour: 200ml boiling water, steep 20 seconds. 
- 
Subsequent pours: Add 10 seconds per infusion.

Tea-to-water ratio: ~1:40. 
- 
5g for lighter roast notes; 8g for bold intensity. 
- 
Charcoal roasting supports 6+ infusions (develops honeyed depth).
