Brewing:
1. Take 3-6g of tea leaves in a covered pot.
2. First pour 200ml boiling water (100°C), immediately discard to rinse leaves.
3. Second pour 200ml boiling water, steep for 30-60 seconds.
4. For first three infusions: quick pours, then adjust steeping time to taste.
Brewing Notes:
- Tea to water ratio: ~1:50.
- For milder taste: 3-6g leaves.
- For stronger taste: 6-9g leaves.
Bai Mu Dan withstands multiple infusions - becomes more fragrant with later brews.
