How to brew:

Take 3-5g tea leaves in a teapot (covered bowl).

First pour: 150-200ml boiling water (100°C), immediately discard to rinse.

Second pour: 150-200ml boiling water, steep 30-40 seconds.

Subsequent pours: Increase steep time by 10 seconds per infusion.
Note:
Tea-to-water ratio: ~1:50.
3-5g for milder taste; 5-8g for stronger.
Adjust tea amount and brew time to preference.
Leaves unfurl evenly after brewing ("red even" leaf base).
