How to brew:

Take 4-5g of tea in a gaiwan (covered pot).

First pour: 200ml boiling water (95°C), immediately discard to rinse.

Second pour: 200ml water (90°C), steep 20-30 seconds.

Subsequent pours: Add 5-10 seconds per infusion (yields 8+ steeps).
Note:
Tea-to-water ratio: ~1:50.
Use 4g for milder taste; 6g for stronger.
Adjust brew time to preference.
Bud-based leaves withstand 10+ infusions, developing honeyed depth.
