How to brew:
Take 3-6 g of tea leaves in a gaiwan (covered tea pot).
First pour: pour about 200 ml of boiling water (100°C), then quickly pour out to moisturize the tea.
Second pour: brew for 30-60 seconds.
Next pours: for the first three soaks, pour quickly; adjust brew time to taste.
Note: The ratio of tea to water is about 1:50. Using 3-6 g gives a milder taste; 6-9 g is stronger. Adjust the amount of tea and brewing time according to personal preference. White Peony is resistant to brewing, and the tea water is especially fragrant after repeated brewing.
